Spencer Unity Day is On the Way!!

UNITY DAY HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED TO SEPTEMBER 22ND DUE TO WEATHER. Saturday, September 22nd will be an evening of fun and entertainment for Spencer citizens, friends, family, neighboring communities, and visitors. The 3rd Annual Unity Day celebration will be in Old Town Spencer, on Main Street (51st and Palmer) from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. This year’s performances will include the Tinker Flying High Band, Spencer Chickks, Auziah Antwine, Cindy & Friends and Meah Obpe. An open Jam Session will take place from 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. for anyone interested in showing off his or her musical talent. Advantage Bank will entertain you with their “Blowing Money Machine” and a chance to walk away with a fist full of cash. Cindy Van Kley will fancy the kids with face painting, and Spencer’s new business Anayas Bounce will offer children’s’ entertainment in the form of an inflatable bounce house. An array of awareness programs, top-notch arts & crafts and food vendors will be available to tantalize your taste buds and decorate your lifestyle.
